When will my order ship?

If you're curious about order processing, shipping, and handling times, we've provided some additional details below:

Order Processing

All orders will take up to 3 business days to process. Sim Card only orders may process quicker, but expect any order with a router to ship within 3 business days of ordering. Our team configures each router prior to shipping so they arrive fully active, and ready to use immediately. Selecting the Express option at checkout does not speed up the processing of your order, it will only ensure the order is delivered to you in less time, once shipped from our warehouse. 

Order Delivery

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service - First Class Package, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express. Most sim card orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package, and arrive in 2-5 days from the date shipped. Most router orders are shipped Priority Mail and arrive in 2-3 days from the date shipped. Any order shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express will arrive in 1-2 postal business days from the date shipped, guaranteed. 

Standard Shipping & Priority Mail Orders:

Travel Data ships all orders - regardless of delivery option - within 3 business days (Mon-Fri). You will receive an email with USPS Tracking once the order has shipped. USPS Tracking is not as detailed as FedEx, or UPS, so you may not have any details available until AFTER your order is delivered to you. If you have received a tracking email, then your order in now enroute to you, and should arrive in 2-4 postal working days. Is your item late? Check here for more information.

USPS Express Mail Orders

By selecting Express Mail, you are choosing a faster delivery service level, this does not change the estimated shipping date (The date Travel Data will ship your order). 


You will receive a confirmation email with the USPS Express Mail Tracking Number once the item has been accepted by the Post Office.
