Lost In Transit
You should have received an email from Travel Data, as well our shipping partner with tracking information. Please check your spam/junk email folders for this email. You should have also received an "Order Complete" Note/Email from Travel Data with a link to USPS Tracking included in that email as well.
If your order is lost in transit, you'll need to first open a Missing Mail Inquiry ( https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm ) and USPS will begin searching for your order in the shipping network. In most cases, your order can be located and successfully delivered within 1-3 business days.
If your order cannot be located by USPS, Travel Data will immediately ship a replacement, at no charge to you. Please reach out to us via Support Ticket, or Live Chat to alert our team of the late shipment.
