Subscriptions can be canceled through the customer dashboard. Equipment, if leased/rented, must be returned to avoid further charges. Equipment Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of returned equipment.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You will be billed a daily rate for days the service was used, but any equipment costs will be refunded upon return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. See the Return Policy
Rates are subject to change with 30 days notice. Continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance of new rates.

Only approved devices may be used with our service. Unauthorized devices may result in service termination without refund.
