• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older.
• Participants must be either former Travel Data customers who canceled their service in the past year or active customers.

2. Entry Period:

• The contest begins on June 6, 2024 and ends on June 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.

3. How to Enter:

• Former Customers: Reactivate your Travel Data service before June 30, 2024, and provide a valid shipping address for a new SIM card. Each reactivation counts as one entry.
• Active Customers: Engage with our Facebook posts during the contest period by liking, sharing, and commenting. Additionally, share your Travel Data experience on Facebook using the hashtag #TravelDataReconnect.

4. Prize Details:

• One (1) $125 Shell fuel gift card & One (1) $125 KOA gift card. 

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

• One (1) Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
• The drawing will be held on July 4, 2024.
• Winner will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. General Conditions:

• No purchase necessary to enter or win. 
• The contest is void where prohibited by law.
• Travel Data reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules, tampers with the entry process, or engages in any unfair or unsportsmanlike conduct.
• Travel Data reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that compromise the integrity of the contest.

• Travel Data is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or failures of any kind that may affect participation or operation of the contest.
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Travel Data from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the contest or the acceptance or use of any prize.

• By participating in the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Travel Data, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

• Active customers can gain additional entries by engaging with our Facebook posts. Use the hashtag #TravelDataReconnect to share your experience.
• Likes, shares, and comments on our Facebook posts during the contest period will count as additional entries.

11. Governing Law:

• The contest and these rules are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with U.S. laws.

12. Publicity:

• By entering the contest, participants consent to Travel Data using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
