Speed Issues

Speed Issues

Speeds vary widely depending on a number of factors, including distance to tower, and the available bandwidth at the tower you're connected to. Download speeds can range from 1Mbps to 40Mbps and Upload speeds can range from 1Mbps to 25Mbps. As bandwidth at the tower is used, and freed, you will notice speed fluctuations - this is normal. Since this is shared bandwidth, and speeds are not guaranteed, we are unable to troubleshoot speed related issues when a speed test is within this range. We can troubleshoot any speed issue where the speed never exceeds 500kbps.
