Some Wireless Devices Not Connecting to WiFi Network

The new Cudy AX1800 LT18 Router uses the latest in WiFi6 Technology. Not all devices are compatible with the new technology, and will need to use legacy connections. Here's how to change the wifi settings in your Cudy router. 
If you find that some clients have problems connecting to 2.4GHz WiFi 6, please update the client's wireless network card driver to the latest version. If you still have problems, please adjust the wireless mode of the router to 2.4GHz (802.11b+g+n). See the steps below.
If you find that some clients have problems connecting to 5GHz WiFi 6, please update the client's wireless network card driver to the latest version. If you still have problems, please adjust the wireless mode of the router to 5GHz (802.11a+n+ac). See the steps below. 
  1. Login to your routers control panel located at: http://192.168.10.1
  2. Navigate to the General Settings tab from the top menu
  3. Select the Wireless option from the left side menu
  4. Under the Wireless 2.4G Settings area, change Mode to: 802.11b+g+n 
  5. Under the Wireless 5G Settings area, change Mode to: 802.11a+n+ac
