Do not ship your return until you have an RMA number. Items received without an RMA number will be refused by the receiving company.
Once we receive your equipment, your refund will be issued in accordance with our return policy, typically within 3-7 business days of delivery.
All returns are photographed completely upon delivery by the third party receiver. Damaged, defective, and missing pieces will result in reduced or no refund.

Refunds based on the sub-total of your itemized invoice as seen on your 'Order Complete' email, and days count as the day your USPS tracking number shows delivered to your address, and the day the USPS "Accepts" and scans your return into their system. Starting an RMA is not the start date of the terms listed below.
