Coverage

Travel Data provides a limited 30-day warranty for new cellular access equipment purchased from our website. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the day of delivery and lasts for 30 days.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, contact us at help@support.traveldata.page with your order number and a description of the issue. We may require photos or videos to assess the problem.

Warranty Services

If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, either:

  • Repair the defective equipment at no cost.
  • Replace the defective equipment with the same model or an equivalent model.
  • Refund the purchase price of the equipment.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • SIM cards and consumable parts.

Limitation of Liability

Travel Data's liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective equipment. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
