How can I manually select the cellular network with the Remote Sim-BestCarrier service?

Customers with the Travel Data BestCarrier service featuring Peplink Remote Sim technology can manually request a carrier lock/unlock using this online form or by logging into their account dashboard and selecting the Remote Sim Manual Selection button.
Please note: While we work to fully automate this feature, the process is completed manually by our back office team. We ask for your patience if submitting a request outside of normal business hours, weekends, or holidays as we have limited staffing during these times. We expect this feature to be fully automated with instant results later in 2024.
