We understand that sometimes the device you initially purchase may not be the perfect fit for your needs. If you wish to exchange your device for a different one, we are happy to accommodate your request, regardless of whether the new device is more or less expensive.
Steps for Exchange:
Initiate the Exchange: Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your original device to initiate the exchange process.
- Return the Original Device: Ship the original device back to us in its original condition with all included accessories and packaging.
- Choose Your New Device: Select the new device you would like to receive as an exchange.
- If the new device is more expensive: You will need to pay the difference in price.
- If the new device is less expensive: We will issue a refund for the difference in price.
Conditions:
Original Condition: The original device must be returned in its original, like-new condition. This includes:
- All included accessories (cables, chargers, manuals, etc.)
- Original packaging (box, inserts, etc.)
- The device must not have any physical damage, scratches, or signs of heavy use.
Timeframe: The exchange process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the original device. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for an exchange.
Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original device to us.
- We will cover the shipping costs for sending the new device to the customer.
Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned device, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the above conditions. If the device does not meet the return conditions, the exchange may be denied, and the original device will be returned to the customer.
Payment Adjustments:
- If the new device is more expensive: The customer will be required to pay the difference in price before the new device is shipped.
- If the new device is less expensive: A refund for the difference in price will be processed within 7-10 business days after the new device is shipped.
Limited to One Exchange: Each purchase is limited to one exchange. Multiple exchanges for the same original purchase are not permitted.
