About Our 30 Day Warranty

Initial 30 Day Warranty - What's Covered?

We want to keep things very convenient and simple for our customers! Here's how our initial 30 day warranty works: 


Within the first 30 days of the DELIVERY DATE as noted by the tracking number, Travel Data will replace your device for any reason, at no cost to you, so long as the device has not been factory reset. To get a replacement device, simply create a help request, or chat with an agent for additional details. 


After the first 30 days, you can order an extended warranty for replacement of your device. See our website for Extended Warranty options. 

Initial 30 Day Warranty - What's NOT Covered?

Resetting the device using the recessed button on the device will void this warranty. Changing any administration passwords or settings will void this warranty. If you factory reset your device, there will be a $25 re-configuration fee charged for an agent to remotely configure your device for use again.


Modifying the device and/or settings will void this warranty, and may impair service. 

Initial 30 Day Warranty - Full Text

WARNING: OPENING THE PACKAGE AND USING THIS DEVICE SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS WARRANTY. Device and all contents must be returned within 3 days of delivery date, as noted on the USPS Tracking Number for refund of device purchase price only, less 25% restocking fee. 


Travel Data will replace this device with another like device for any reason within the first 30 days of delivery, as noted on the USPS Tracking Number, or within 30 days of date of purchase if no tracking number is available. 


Resetting the device using the recessed button on the device will void this warranty. Changing any administration passwords or settings will void this warranty. 


Modifying the device and/or settings will void this warranty, and may impair service. 


Requesting the administration password to access the web interface of the device will void the warranty, and by TravelData providing you with such information, you agree to hold harmless TravelData for service impairments. 


Complimentary remote support of this device is available for the first 30 days.
