4G Smart MiFi - Sim Card Not Detected:
First, power off your 4G Smart MiFi by removing the power cord, and pressing and holding the power button until all the LED indicators are off. The sim card is located on the side of the device, below an access door and in the bottom holder position. Open the access door and press the sim card into the device, and you will feel a click and the card will automatically bounce back out. Remove the sim card, replace the sim card by pushing it back in until you hear or feel it click into place. Be sure to insert the card with the notch towards the outside and left, with the metal contacts of the sim card facing up. Replace the access door, and re-apply power to the device. Once it has fully restarted, test your connection. Chat with us for further assistance if your connection is not restored. See MicroSIM Card image below. Be sure to note the SIM CARD image on the left, and NOT the MicroSD Card on the right. Double and Triple check you are inserting the SIM card into the correct holder, facing the correct way, and that it has clicked securely into place.
